Network Management Center

In addition to providing all necessary solutions, RadioAccess has all the knowledge to design, implement and manage small cell mobile network solutions.
Our Network Management Center (NMC) is fully equipped for monitoring and managing small cell mobile networks.

At the NMC, all RadioAccess systems will be remotely controled.
Once a fault occurs or you call for a failure or a question, a problem ticket is created directly by the ticket system that is available to you as a customer.

The NMC is playing a crucial role for managing the mobile networks.

RadioAccess has three levels of support:

Bronze
8.00 – 18.00 hour (working days)*
Silver
8.00 – 18.00 hour (working days)*
8.00 – 17.00 hour (working days)*
Gold
24 hour, 7 days a week
